Tippy Beauty Box is a unique subscription service that puts you in control. Choose 5 new products to try each month and select a subscription length that suits you – 3, 6, or 12 months, or give it a go as a one-off.

No disappointments or random shades, just the deluxe sample delights you’ve chosen, straight to your door. You’re the boss.

Selecting your products is easy. Set up your account and then make your initial selection here – the only hard part is choosing just 5 products to try.

Once you’ve set up your account and your first subscription order has been confirmed, you can go ahead and make your choices for your next Tippy Beauty .

7 days before your next Box is despatched, we’ll email you a reminder to choose or edit a new set of samples. If you haven’t yet chosen your products for the month, we’ll include a suggested selection which you can keep or amend as you wish.

You can amend your order at any point up to 24 hours before your Box is despatched. For example, if your Tippy Beauty Box is due to despatch on 6th March, you will be able to make amendments to your selection up until the 5th March.

To amend your order, simply sign in to your Tippy Beauty account and change the selection in Beauty Box subscriptions. If your order has already been generated, contact the Customer Care team for further help.

Subscriptions cannot be temporarily paused or suspended at this time.

After setting up your initial subscription service you will have a cooling-off period of 14 days. During this time you can cancel your subscription by contacting our Customer Care Team here

Our no-fuss returns policy means that if for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund (unopened, with all seals and original packaging intact) within 30 days of purchase.

If you receive an email detailing a payment issue against your subscription, please log into the My Account area and review or update your payment details. If you need further assistance please contact our Customer Care team who will be able to help.
